Performance program (2016 and younger)

  1. Fold / pike
  2. Small basket — laying on your stomach, lean back, bend your knees, reach your head with your feet
  3. Bridge — laying or standing
  4. Forward somersault (roll)

The official invitation is the authoritative document. In case of any discrepancy, the invitation prevails.

What every club needs to know

  • Rules. The event is conducted in accordance with FIG rules valid in the year of the competition: Technical Regulations and Code of Points; General Judges' Rules and Specific Judges' Rules; FIG Rules for the Sanctioning of International Events.
  • Judges and jury. Each team must provide a judge. In case of absence, a penalty of 2000 AED (€500) will be applied.
  • Insurance. Insurance is mandatory for each participant.
  • Visa. The organizing committee is pleased to assist each delegation member with an official invitation letter — Maria Shuliakevich, +971 52 545 5884.
  • Payment. All payments must be made via bank transfer before the start of the competition. Participating clubs cover any bank fees. Bank details and the payment reference are sent with your registration confirmation.

About the coach

Marina Anatolyevna Protasova

A professional rhythmic gymnastics coach with 40 years of experience, a top-category coach and a representative of the renowned Grodno school (Belarus). She develops gymnasts from beginner level all the way to International Class Masters of Sport and national team members.

  • Her students are medalists at European Championships and European Games — Anastasia Rybakova, two-time champion at the 2019 European Games in Minsk.
  • Honored with the special award “Belarusian Sports Olympus.”
  • Author of methods, webinars and masterclasses studied by coaches and parents worldwide.

Why you must train with her: she personally guides every child, spots and corrects what others miss, builds both technique and character, and provides an individual development program. Direct access to a coach of this caliber is rare.

Marina personally guides each child, gives individual recommendations on what to work on, and assigns an important program to follow after the camp.
